Their dismissive attitude escalated to a point of physical disrespect when they carelessly hit me with the closing gate. This incident is not just about poor customer service; it reflects a profound disregard for basic human decency and professionalism. It's perplexing that such a pharmacy continues to operate, seemingly indifferent to the core principles of customer care."

"*please call corporate and file formal complaints, it's the only way anything will ever change here* Genuinely terrible. You'll be waiting hours and hours and hours to get your prescriptions, even when there's not a single person waiting for their scripts to be filled. Judgmental and rude pharmacy techs. Every single time we need a prescription filled it's a different problem here. It genuinely feels like they just don't want to help at all, they couldn't care less whether you get your medication or not. In fact if it's a narcotic it often feels like they're TRYING to keep you from getting it. Walgreens isn't perfect but it's 100000 times better than this cvs. took my lunch at work to rush to drop off a script, got to the counter at 1:20 and they wouldn't take it because they close at 1:30 for lunch. so is it 1:30 or 1:20? is it just up to whether they feel like doing it or not? how many minutes does it even take to take a dropped off script? 3? I took it to the X in Springfield after my lunch and they had it entered within 3 minutes flat"

"Everyone at the pharmacy (with the exception of 1 or 2) have the worst attitudes no matter how respectful and friendly you are. Especially one of the lead pharmacists. The rest of the staff in the pharmacy dept seem lazy and have the slowest pace, always backed up. Forget about calling and trying to get thru on the phone. Your gonna wait close to an hour sometimes! Unreal.. I literally wrote this while on hold again for 45mins and counting. I don’t know if they are understaffed or maybe they are just that popular of a pharmacy.. Great store, pharmacy sucks…"

"By far the slowest, most apathetic pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen. They show no regard for their customers and seem to lack the ability to fill a prescription on time or even understandingly late. On multiple occasions I’ve heard them bad mouth customers right in front me. They were very rude to me when insisting that they were contacting my prescriber when my prescriber denied receiving any faxes. When I proved to them that my prescriber had not received any messages they were dismissive to my suggestion that they were sending it to the wrong number, which of course they were. I can’t understate how slow they are. A team of actual sloths would be more efficient and friendly. Please go somewhere else"
