"The staff at CVS Pharmacy in East Longmeadow displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was both shocking and unacceptable. As a minority, I felt distinctly targeted by their rude and insensitive behavior, a concern echoed by other customer reviews. During my visit to pick up a prescription that was already filled, the staff refused to assist me and, in their haste to close for lunch, carelessly hit me with the closing gate. This incident highlights their complete disregard for customer service and basic human decency. It's perplexing that such a pharmacy continues to operate, relying solely on its convenient location. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere, where respect and professionalism are standard practice."

"Good luck trying to call the pharmacy for help. They don't bother answering the phone and leave you on hold for 30 minutes. I gave up."

"Everyone at the pharmacy (with the exception of 1 or 2) have the worst attitudes no matter how respectful and friendly you are. Especially one of the lead pharmacists. The rest of the staff in the pharmacy dept seem lazy and have the slowest pace, always backed up. Forget about calling and trying to get thru on the phone. Your gonna wait close to an hour sometimes! Unreal.. I literally wrote this while on hold again for 45mins and counting. I don’t know if they are understaffed or maybe they are just that popular of a pharmacy.. Great store, pharmacy sucks…"
