"I informed the staff that I wanted the same service as the last service for my dog which was 3 wks ago, it didn’t happen, and I was charged 12 dollars more for the service and I don’t believe that my dogs nails were cut/trimmed or buffed. She didn’t receive the furminator service which is one of the services I had the last visit. I told the staff and the staff told me they typically don’t offer that service for short haired dogs, then why was it offered to me at the last visit? It really helped with the shedding. I wasn’t pleased at all, last service cost me 60 dollars and this time is cost me 73 dollars"
