"This was my first ever apartment and so far I like where I am. I like that I am close to just about everything. Other tenants seem to be nice and quiet. Haven’t had any issues with packages being stolen (knock on wood). I believe apartment buildings are what you make of it. I’ve never gone to do laundry and had to wait for someone to be done. I mean there are times where I have to open every dryer to see if there are clothes but I get it people are busy or doing things and may have forgotten but there are many dryers and washers available. I wish washer and dryers were in unit instead but I’ll take what I can get. If I have a maintenance request they get answered promptly. Not so much if I have a question or concern though. Water is hot in the sink but not as hot in the shower (might just be for me but I don’t know if I need to contact someone for that) I do like a very very VERY hot shower. I don’t exercise so I can’t speak on the gym but the laundry and lobby/mailroom are pretty clean. Glad they added numbers to the mailroom although I don’t think some companies (Amazon) use them when they deliver. Overall I am going to renew my lease this year. If I ever move it will be for something completely different than the apartment itself."

"Overall the place is basic everything is builder grade the walls and trims are peeling etc after 6 months of moving in .shower is small,storage is limited .parking is a nightmare spaces are very crammed in . The trash is allowed to pile up .Noone enforces parking and trash removal rules cars are allowed overnight with no stickers. .Dogs are allowed to poo anywhere. So it's ok for a new college student or someone who really needs a place but they need to enforce parking situation and keeping the place clean. The lobby is basuc with the Intercom in the back of the building there needs to be another one at the other end of the building . Water is hot and plentiful. For the area the building is basic they need to step up the decor of the lobby and provide a place to sit outside. Someone needs to be on site during the day. Plan carefully if you're considering this place it has lots of pros and cons and could be better."
