""My wife and I have happily called Element One home for over a year. The building is quiet and clean. The entire staff deserves a solid 10/10 – their dedication truly shows! Maintenance requests are handled immediately. The surrounding area, buffered by Fish Church, offers a large open green space for leisure. A short walk to the Mill River at Scalzi Park and less than a 10-minute stroll to downtown bars/restaurants. We plan to continue calling this place home until we can afford a house/condo. Thank you, Element One! We are very happy and believe the building and staff deserve 5 stars!""

"It's been 6 months since I've been with Element One and my overall experience has been great. Initially when I read the reviews about the thin walls, I was worried about the noise from the neighbors and upstairs but I didn't face any issue as such. The amenities are great and well maintained especially the rooftop and gym are amazing. The staff are friendly. The apartment is also in a quiet neighborhood which I really love about it. The only issue I have at the moment is the onsite uncovered parking is full and for the new residents, the nearby church parking is allotted. When you have luggage it becomes an issue, but otherwise it's just 1-2 minute walk from the apartment. Also there is always some maintenance issue with the south side elevator."
