"I did not like my experience with Hilton Stamford. I would not recommend tourists to stay there at all. I visited Hilton for a 2 night youth convention. I received a room right next to the elevators and the sound was just terrible. It was like trains passing right next to my room non stop. Why is it even a room! I was constantly being woken up by the sounds. Their food was not to my liking. The only things I appreciated was the set up of the meeting rooms and the ballroom, but their chairs smelled musty! I don’t think they sanitize or deep clean the chairs, because every time we entered the ballroom they stank. Their lobby is the only best view because window views in the rooms are not even a view. "Hi, I was greeted at the valet parking by a nice man “…from the Bronx”. He had this incredible can-do attitude about him. Then at reception, Andrew, took care of me. He was fantastic. The woman at the snack bar was awesome. So pleasant. Overall, the staff was great. It was an exceptionally busy time but the staff always had time to address my needs. Wish the hotel lobby bar had stayed open a little later but considering there was a recovering addicts conference at the hotel it was very understandable. The staff makes the hotel worth a good rating."

"I'd like to point out that I received excellent service , even with the hotel being super busy. I'd also like to say that Hilton really nailed it with their hire of Destiny at the Front Desk....she is the perfect blend of professional and sweet. I hope a promotion is in her future. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Stamford."

"This is our second time stay within last 2 months. Hotel is at great location and people are very nice. Shout out to Ramdas. He was so kind, polite and such a pleasant person. He made our breakfast experience at Hilton more enjoyable. In terms of rooms and hotel building. This place need some serious renovation. Carpets are dirty and hallway carpets are very dirty and missing patches. Cleaning staff is trying their best to keep the place cleaner but this place needs new carpet."

"I spent wonderful two nights at this hotel. I cannot say enough about the customer experience here, everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable here! The rooms were also very clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to where I needed to be. All in all, this hotel made a necessary trip a true pleasure!
