Opus with BLT is a well managed building. No building is perfect, but here they are quick to respond and fix any issues. Every guest I bring over tells me I live at a hotel and it feels that way with all the amenities."

"Having relocated from upstate NY to Connecticut but unsure where to settle, I was one of the first people to move into Opus. I am glad I did! I am very impressed with the building, staff, management, and amenities - not just of the building but of the entire Harbor Point neighborhood that BLT has built. It feels like living at a resort all year-round and even better in the summer with the free Water taxi over to Prime. The private resident's bar and lounge is the perfect place to meet like-minded people. We also have a pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, fire pits, massage room, hair salon, dry sauna and more in-building with plenty of other options within a very short walk. Shelby is the best building manager and has put together an amazing team who goes out of their way for customer satisfaction. Quite simply put, the Opus is a unicorn inside an oasis that is the Harbor Point neighborhood - unlike anything else you've ever seen, and once you visit, you'll never want to leave (unless it's to Manhattan which is only 45 minutes away)."

"Having lived at Opus for the last five months I can say that this is the best rental experience I've ever had. Led by building manager Shelby, the staff are kind, diligent and committed to the every need of their tenants. Their 24/7 service style creates a boutique type feel custom tailored to your every need. From the spa, to the sauna, the pool deck overlooking the harbor (can't wait for summer), state of the art gym and concierge service, there is a sense of home that I've never felt at a rental property. It doesn't hurt that the building is BRAND NEW. I could not recommend this property any more. -- 5 from train, 45 from city, situated amongst harbor point's shops and restaurants. If I could give the staff 6/5 stars I would."
