"While the actual maintenance work was fine, it took 4 days to get someone to come actually do the work from when I posted my maintenance request. I'd love to be able to say this is a rare problem but if I'm being honest it feels like you gotta pull a tooth or nail just to get someone to come do any work in this building."
"Amazing move in experience. The team at The Key and sister properties made us feel at home from the moment we stepped foot here. They answered every single question we had and made everything stress free."
"Great building - maintenance requests were responded to promptly, and the amenity areas were always kept clean. The freight elevator and loading dock also made for pretty seamless move-in and out."
"I have been living here since March 2023 and I love it. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative comments especially the package issue. it is not the building issue when Amazon just throws boxes around and leave packages not at the proper drop off locations. Adela and the concierge staff have been great and always assisted me in a professional manner. As far as repairs the management things take time. Appliances take time since the supply chain has been a mess. All repairs were completed as promised. They just finished painting the hallways to keep things looking sharp. As far as location if you have to go into the city you walk 3 block to Stamford Station Metro North or Amtrak, if you like to eat out they have excellent bars and restaurants 1 block away. I highly recommend this location."
"I would give negative stars if I could. The management is absolutely horrendous and don't care about their residents at all. They never warn you of unforeseen fees they charge and you will NEVER see your security deposit again. They take it for carpet cleaning and painting? A new resident should have a fresh carpet and paint no matter what and the prior tenant should not be docked. Having someone's old carpet is disgusting. They also give no proof or receipts for the cost of the so called "repairs". Stay far away. There are plenty of other buildings not owned by Cushman and Wakefield. My husband's prior building gave him back his full security with no issues when the apartment was left in way worse condition. We also had noisy neighbor complaints and management did absolutely nothing. They told us we can pay ridiculous fees to break our lease and move. Steer clear. I see they replied below to me weeks ago -- so I followed up, and still NO RESPONSE and NO CORRECTION. The responses to the reviews are a LIE."
