"The smoke detector is still cheeping which means its probably detecting a gas. Perhaps the changed the one in my bedgroom--IDK (but my pillow did smell like a man so perhaps they used it for something?) But the smoke alarm in the living room sends out a cheep about every minute or so... Also, with the diswasher, they never installed a kickplate. The changed to a cheaper model last year vs fixing the nicer machine. In doing so, they never installed the bottom so, it looks terrible and unfinished. I have not texted the macine but I am thankful to have the utility after almost 1 yr. I will come back but if you cld fix the alarm, I would appreciate it. Please avoid going into my bedroom."
"Many good things, but the bad outweighs them. I have lived here for three years and I can't do another year - happy to be leaving. The leasing office is incompetent. Every time I have had to deal with them, I have been disappointed. They are either bad at their jobs or unfriendly, and to get something done...takes forever, often with much prompting and it's likely still done incorrectly. Most recently, my lease ends soon (I am leaving at the end of it) and my resident portal account was deactivated a month too early. I have asked multiple times to have it re-established in order to be able to pay rent and put in maintenance requests for the remainder of my lease. Even though I don't have access to my account, my bank account associated with my resident portal, was somehow still on autopay and they charged me the entire month's rent, even though my lease ends partway through. When asked to be refunded for a prorated amount, the leasing manager told me to request a charge reversal from my bank (the bank charges a $100 fee for this) or figure it out with my roommate because the don't refund and then to repay the prorated amount. They didn't even offer to cover the reversal fee, even though it was their fault. They don't apologize or make good on the inconveniences they cause. Other notable negatives: the area is not too safe...apartment building is across from a homeless shelter, and a homeless man has once camped out in the club room for several days and another homeless man has been stabbed right across the street. The finishes are obviously cheap; the floorboards often sliding because they were poorly installed and the cabinetry is dingy. Be prepared to pay $180-$270/month for electric (and I used AC very modestly). Pool area is overcrowded on weekends. Rent increases are extreme as well - considering they are not doing anything to better the complex. These apartments are NOT worth the overinflated price. One of the few good parts about living here is the front desk crew - Renel and Gracie. They are incredibly kind and welcoming and if it was just about them, I would stay again. 10/10 for them."
"Predatory apartment complex. I signed a twelve month lease and they opted to renew it despite me not signing a new lease. Don’t live here — they are the worst."
"The place was gorgeous. Mr. Cordova was knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all our questions with ease. Thanks for treating us so kindly. I would definitely consider moving to your building."
"I was looking to move somewhere in Stamford, and I went to check the second floor of the building. The carpet and the floor by the elevator were filthy, and the walls were damaged. The entertainment room was also dirty. The building is lovely. I wish they better maintained it."
