"The Maintenance is very bad. The management are thieves, they don't return back your initial security deposit. They come up with some bizarre charges to steal your security deposit. The AC's are very old and due to this the energy bill is too high."

There are apartments in stamford better than this. Maintenance is very bad. Even the stamford City inspection cost also will be charged from you. Just for painting 2 Bedroom apartment, does it really cost 1 and half months security deposit ? Please don't come."
