I made an application, paid 1000 deposit, with great difficulty I managed to speak to someone responsible who informed me that it would not be accepted as the apartment had already been rented. They don't remove the apt from the website and charge money from applicants without guaranteeing rent, then it takes 30 days to get the money back. They said they would send a check...I had to withdraw the money, it gave me a bigger headache, my card was blocked, my account had problems because of that. It's not worth going through that. Don't apply..."

"During a year of Covid, I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Verano. I commuted to NYC for work beginning last November and the location and convenience was wonderful. The management and staff made me feel welcome and home. Grounds and building were very nice, attention to needs was wonderful and customer service spot on. As covid hit and many of us were away, the management and staff were focused on our safety and health, while maintaining a nice community. I recommend Tania, staff and the building to anyone."

"I moved into the Verano in October of last year and so far so good. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. Tania is very accommodating and easy to speak too since day one. The cleaning lady is sweet as pie and maintenance is always on point with requests. It is a quaint and cozy building. The club room is fantastic for guests and also can be rented out for private events which is very convenient. I can't wait till the rooftop is opens so that I can enjoy tanning and grilling outdoors with family or friends. Apartment was built recently, very clean, and located in the center of Stamford. Gym is also located on site conveniently. "I have been at the Verano for two years and I absolutely love it! It is home, and I plan to stay for years to come! Location is perfect! Close to all the restaurants and shops. The apartments are spacious, appliances are new and modern. Building is new and extremely clean. Staff is super nice, and the amenities are great. I would (and I always do!) recommend the Verano if you are looking for a place downtown Stamford."
