"Maintenance guys are good. Leasing office staffs are apparently decent and location wise good. But, be careful about your deposit which will not be returned notwithstanding the fact that you left the apartment in perfect condition. I stayed at 24112 and left on July 1 and still didn't receive a single dollar. They even didn't say a single line to state ethically that why I am not entitled to get return of my security deposit. Once someone from JCM gave a false promise (as I had given negative review from my another gmail account) that someone will contact me; but none contacted till date. Actually, this community deteriorated after JCM took over. I don't expect any action as it's their nature; but posting this to alert the residents or future residents."
"Only good thing is location without any doubt. I stayed for one year at 465 Buckland Hills #24112 and left on July 1 (paying full rent in accordance with rent agreement termination date July 14 2023) with pristine cleanliness and clearing all the utility bills. I sent a few emails requesting the refund of security deposit; but no response. When called today (Aug 16), came to know that they have dispatched cheque deducting about 66% with no reason or transparent explanation. Even the cheque sent to my new address in NJ without Apartment number and as a result, I didn't receive that. That shows the management's attitude. So, this is my experience."
"The place is right across from the mall and other big department store. plenty of parking. I drove my friend to the place to pick up a fish tank. The place look in need of up keep. I saw Roches in the guys apartment . I was afraid to put the fish tank inside my car and transport a few roaches to my house. Not a clean place , I was expecting to see a cleaner place being near the mall."
