"Lived here for 8 months (moved for my job), and it was a great experience. Pretty nice apartment, though I question the lack of a ceiling light in the bedroom or living space, staff was always great to deal with, and maintainence was extremely prompt"
"My partner and I recently moved after living at Broadleaf for 2 years. We really loved it there. The apartment was spacious and updated, and everything worked great. Any time there was a maintenance issue, the team was quick to respond and always friendly. The office staff was also great and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed, including walking around the complex with me to find a misplaced package! There wasn't a lot of turnover with the office staff which was nice too, since it felt like the office ladies knew us personally whenever we walked in. We didn't use the clubhouse very much but we LOVED the pool in the summer. We cleaned thoroughly on move-out and received our entire security deposit back which was great. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but we were allowed to paint when we moved in so long as the colors weren't outrageous and that we primed before we moved out. This was a really special touch that let us make the place our own. We also had great neighbors, and although there are many dogs in the complex, it was always quiet. The complex is conveniently close to the highway and we rarely heard more than background "white noise" from it. Our constructive criticism would be for residents to get notified when they have a package in the package room, because checking it randomly can be a hassle especially with the 7-day send back policy. We also wish we had a full-sized washer and dryer, as the stacked units we did have were very small and made washing things like bedding challenging. Lastly, the price of rent has jumped considerably since we moved in; I know that's happening everywhere, but I do think they're a bit steep for the Manchester area (which is meh in my opinion). I think they can get away with it right now since the units are still so new and updated especially compared to other similar complexes in the area, but that won't always be the case. Overall, Broadleaf was a great place to live and we were sad to leave! It really felt like home there."
"We have enjoyed living here for the past 6 months. The staff is always accessible, helpful, and provides excellent tenant service. We have had no issues requiring maintenance. Management organizes events and food trucks. The little things are very much appreciated. Though there isnt a means to have your own grill, they have grills available in common areas, which is nice to have. The floor plans are well designed and provide a good amount of space relative to the rent charged. The den provides just the right amount of space for a home office, which is a really nice feature of this apartment complex. The hardwood floors are nice and easy to clean. The carpeting in bedrooms and den is very comfortable. My only critiques are; Poor placement of the thermostat that is located on a wall where mounting tv makes the most sense. In general, apartment complexes have been slow to adopt smart thermostats. I understand it creates some issues for maintenance, though i think complex should provide pre-approved smart thermostats with install instructions. They are very easy to install. The living room area should have ceiling lights. The entry, kitchen, and dining room area have plenty of ceiling lighting. We use floor lamps that get the job done, though just 2 more ceiling lights in living room area would go a long way. Overall, this is a great place to live. We place a high value on having a good landlord."
"4.5 stars! I have lived here going on 2 years. It’s very nice, great amenities and super friendly and helpful office staff. The maintenance crew is great, they get things done quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always well maintained. Located closely to the highway makes it very convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the lack of an elevator. Highly recommended."
"My family and I have been living here for almost two years now. We love the community, the area and staff. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. love the amenities they offer and events they throw throughout the year for residents. Lots of parking! The apartments are well maintained, spacious and new. Maintenance help is easily available and respond within the same day."
