"We had a great night with the kids last night at the hotel. We choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and where not let down. Both were very clean. The man at the counter ( I believe Dennis ) was very pleasant , he was on it checked us in quickly and refressing towels for us in the pool when they ran out. Nice to see someone with good work ethics still :-)"

"Would not recommend this hotel. Although the staff working there were very pleasant and friendly, the property is worn down, dirty, and uncomfortable. I had roaches in my bathroom and another room we booked did not have a working shower. The front desk promised to make it right and refund us, but management refused to honor their promises."

"The interaction from beginning to end was heartwarming and felt like I was right at home. From spinning the bonvoy wheel interaction and enjoying my free complimentary breakfast I couldn't ask for more. Rachell the assistant manager was great she was a big time multi tasker and seems to know her job very well I was impressed! Will highly recommend. The only thing I can say is there pool is down and was a bummer."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with our stay. We attended a wedding and rehearsal dinner in Manchester and this was the recommended hotel. Due to some last minute plan changes, we had to make separate reservations for a second night in a fully booked hotel. Chad and Trinity were incredibly patient and helpful in making sure we did not have to change rooms for the second night stay. The breakfast selections were very good, the coffee never ran out and the rooms were fairly spacious and very clean."
