"I set up a walk through online, and was contacted by Jessica to reschedule, as she was not available at the time we chose. I emailed her back three times but got no response and could not reschedule. Then I spoke with Jessica on the phone about setting up ANOTHER walk through, and she went ahead and scheduled us. We got a call the day of our second walk through and someone else had told me that there were NO VACANT UNITS TO SHOW. So why did Jessica set it up for us in the first place? This has been a very frustrating experience, and we still never got to see the place!!! Not considering Manchester Green anymore."

"this is a very unsafe place to live. My car was stolen the othernight along with multiple cars being broken into. Ask any officer from the manchester Dept and they told me this isnt a good place to live. Apt complex claims to have cameras but they dont"

"Deceptive. Greedy. Untrustworthy. The Town of Manchester has an ordinance banning street parking every night between 2 and 6 a.m. The company knowingly and intentionally omitted this information during the leasing process. They were aware my roommate and I had two cars. We would not have accepted the lease if we were aware of the ban. A new company took over and things got worse. Office staff is disrespectful and maintenance will literally confront you in the parking lot and cuss you out because you complained. Once again don't move here. They also randomly change policy and take parking spaces away. They don't maintain the property. Exterior lights broken and out for months, flooding walkways, no landscaping, garbage left everywhere. Do. Not. Move. Here."
