"I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Super clean. The staff friendly and helpful. If I had to say something it's that there is no exercise room or gym or pool and to laundry is really expensive but other than that I love it here. Especially since fur babies are welcome. If there's a problem they do thier best to resolve them issue. It's worth staying here."

"You know I feel bad that your lives must suck so much you decided to come and falsely accuse this hotel of untrue statements. This place has no mice this place has not screamed at any veterans as a matter of fact the workers here care about everyone and literally treat them like family. The audacity of a person to have to create multiple accounts to literally harass these people when you sunk the ship is just beyond me. You don’t get evicted for no reason as a matter of fact getting evicted from a apartment is one thing… BUT FROM A HOTEL AS GROWN FOLKS that’s a different story. These people literally strive to do there best every day trying to hear people out and work with them as best as they can to their capabilities. So if anyone is reading this Extended Stay in Manchester CT is yes a little pricy but overall a great place to lay your head cook and just to feel safe. Extra security measures they take as well such as after a certain time of night the doors are locked. I promise it’s kid friendly you will feel like you have a family away from family!!!"

"I recently had an unfortunate experience during my two-week stay at this hotel. The incident that stood out was when I witnessed the General Manager screaming at a guest in the lobby, publicly accusing him of lying about his military service. This blatant disrespect was shocking, to say the least. When the General Manager finally walked away, I approached the guest to inquire about the cause of the altercation. To my astonishment, the guest provided substantial evidence to prove his service as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces, including credentials, photos, and even a New York Times story that featured his name. This entire episode left me deeply concerned about the management's professionalism and conduct. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. Throughout my stay, I heard the General Manager raising his voice at other guests, displaying a complete lack of respect and empathy. To make matters worse, I also overheard the use of racial slurs to describe the foreign workers who frequent the hotel. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to inclusivity and respect for all guests. In terms of cleanliness and housekeeping, the hotel fell far short of my expectations. The rooms were notably dusty, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. Housekeeping services were minimal, with the front desk citing understaffing as the reason. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unprofessional conduct of the General Manager, the disturbing incidents I witnessed, and the disappointing cleanliness standards. I hope the hotel management takes steps to address these issues to create a more welcoming and respectful environment for all guests."

"This hotel had great rates and when I checked in the front end staff member, unsure if it was the manager, but he orchestrated a check in the way in which i never had before. I asked him from seeing the reviews that I never stayed here. so asked him hoping the rooms are nice and don't smell? He checked me in promptly as we discussed the reviews in a well-held manor and then he walked me to my room and we both went inside and he asked me if was up to my standards and he was smart he brought a spray. Have to say he was a gentlemen and appreciated his service. The rooms are fine at least this one was. some people can really make a place seem like its bad. This place overall was good in my eye"

"If your looking for a comfortable and clean hotel to spend the night, this place is perfect! There are no amenities such as a pool, hot tub, or a decent breakfast!! They offer a “to go” breakfast, which is really like a snack bar with coffee. I don’t eat carbohydrates so there were no choices for me. Also, the smoking areas are far away from the building, under a tree with no place to sit. No benches anywhere outside to drink your coffee & relax. The staff was pleasant & helpful. I would stay here again for sure!"
