"Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was nicely updated and clean! Public areas were also very clean! Breakfast had a nice variety and was kept very clean. Coffee bar 24/7 is a major added bonus! Location is great right off of i84."

Major turn off. Make you wonder what else was missed Heater was super noisy We turned it off Not Hampton’s fault, but we got woken up several times with loud hallways talkers after midnight plus clomping all night in the room above us Can’t recommend if a good nights sleep is a priority"

"This hotel is amazing! I was having a horrible day. The power went out in my home and I needed a place to stay unexpectedly. The hotel was very accommodating. I have a child with a disability and I am always concerned staying outside of my home. The gentleman at check in was polite and checked us in quickly. He ensured we knew how to get to our room and explained where the amenities were. The room was VERY clean (I am hard to please so it's a shock I'm saying this), the beds and pillows are super comfy, it's updated and spacious. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion were luxurious! There were plenty of towels. My boys and I enjoyed the pool which also was very clean and warm. I felt safe staying alone with my two boys...that says alot. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"I didn't really have a problem with my room. Seemed clean. I was on the third floor, and it looked like the renovations were already completed on that floor. What I have a problem with is being treated extremely rudely by a front desk person and the absolute indifference people have towards those of us travelling for work. I exclusively stay at Hilton properties for work travel, 150-200 nights a year, plus personal stays. I have had hotels go well out of their way to help me out when my work plans change with last minute cancellations or early departures, and at much nicer and more expensive Hilton properties. This hotel is absolutely not the case. Needless to say, my work plans changed, and I asked if I could get a late checkout. I spoke to the lady at the front desk at 12:30, and she told me the latest I could check out was 12:30, and since it was already 12:30 there was nothing she could do. I said I would run up to my room and grab my things and come back down. Of course when I get back downstairs, I had to wait on her to come out of the back office, then she just checked me out without a word, no apology, no offer to ask the manager for help, just shrugged her shoulders and a blank stare. Just give me your money and get out. Heaven forbid I inconvenience you. Of course they charged me for the extra night. It's not like I was trying to check out at 2 or 3. It was 12:45. I will never stay here again. If you are a Hilton Diamond member, you have been warned. They only want your money and see absolutely no reason to try to help out with extenuating circumstances. If you travel a lot, you probably already know that early check in and late check out are exclusively the decision of the hotel, so it says a lot when they aren't willing to help a repeat customer. I expect some disingenuous response from the manager explaining the hotel policy and blah blah blah. Save it. You don't care about your customers, not matter how loyal they are."

"A very well kept hotel in a prime location for travelers!! Nice room, large bathroom and everything was super clean!! Some renovations going on, but did not affect our stay at all. The breakfast was great too,, a lot of options and were very tasty as well,, appreciated the hot items!!"
