You have to keep count of your rental payments whether it be money order or on their residential app system they add on fees when they're not acknowledging the fact that you paid your rent they'll send notice to quit out when your rent has already been paid or if you verbally let them know that you are going to be paying your rent the property manager Britney Does not listen nor document things as you let her know ahead of time and she can be very rude and inconsiderate!!!!"
