"I lived in their apartment bldg for over 2yrs and had a wonderful experience with the Souza brothers as my landlords. They actually care about their tenants and strive to make things right if there are problems. I had a couple maintenance concerns (slow-draining sink and what I thought was a gas smell from my oven) and they resolved them promptly. I also had noisy neighbors, and they compassionately addressed the those issues until they were resolved. The rent was also way cheaper than other bldgs with similar amenities. These guys are awesome, and I whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you, Dan and John Souza!"

"My experience renting with Souza and Sons was better than I could have imagined. There is a trope nowadays that landlords are less than kind - that does NOT apply to these guys. Dan and John and the rest of their team are so attentive and helpful. Rent price was very fair, any time there may have been an issue in the building they would very quickly fix it, and they were often available for any needs or questions we had. I would absolutely rent again from them in the future if I am in the area. Fair, kind, and helpful people."

"Souza & Sons Apartments in the west end of Hartford are the BEST landlords and rental management I've experienced in my life. They are friendly, wonderful and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. They care about the comfort of their tenants and they do a great job with snow removal and keeping up with the building maintenance. They also offer a very good lease, affordable rent and extra amenities. They have security cameras around the premise for added safety measures. I couldn't have asked for a better experience living there and I'm grateful for everything they have done through out the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!"
