"I was searched many rentals for my parents. They personally picked this one because of Carmen and Liz. When older adults actually like their property managers that means something! My mom said Carmen is so friendly understanding and never rushes them out of her office. She listens to our concerns, notes them and as she says Walla! Things are taken care of! My dad which is the one who usually calls the office loves to speak to Liz. My mom said my dad loves Liz because she listens to him and makes them feel welcome! One day my dad miss placed his rent check and called Liz almost crying. She not only took the time to calm him down but called me to check on him (he has HP) long story short my mom had mailed it. lol Thank you for going the extra mile! Those little things as you call them mean the most! Thank you!!!"
