"Application process was delayed and delayed for weeks after I was told it would take 5 days. Application was denied by refunding my hold fee, but no communication at all other than that. Very unprofessional. Agent, Marilyn, brought her husband to the showing and was yelling. Avoid this company!"

"WASTE OF TIME. Absolutely foolish application process. They had me jump through loop after loop and I complied gritting my teeth and then it became excessive asking me to have contact information for a previous owner of my current place whom I hadn't heard from since April of 22! I explained the situation in deep detail. If they wouldve asked for the current landlords info, even that would've made more sense also! I despise the way they conduct business. If you are in need of a place urgently this is not it! The property management is great. Management (the ghost behind them) however seems like a bunch of arrogant high horse riding peoplewuth a mindset to gentrify Hartford. 63 Huntington has been available for months and months now I see why. Poor business etiquette and definitely lack of empathy! 10/10 do not recommend"

"Extremely rude management. Would not recommend leasing with these people at all, this whole prcoess has been a disaster! They ran my credit which is above 700 and still denied me since I've only been working for 2 months due to being in school (which is shown on my paystubs and didn't require a credit check). I've also had apartments in the past, have never been evicted and always paid my rent on time! Such a disappointment."

After seeing 3-4 apartments, I finally made a decision. Grant even followed up with me a few times after I moved in to make sure I was satisfied.
