"Overall bad experience this place is disguising. The building is infested with rats and mice. Maria from management very rude and unresponsive. Doesn’t know how to do her job I don’t even know why she’s in management. Very unprofessional this management is trash I can tell they just hire anyone off the streets. They never respond back very hard to get a hold of then when they do it’s a attitude. Stay far away from this place. Wouldn’t recommend"

"Beautiful building bad management"

"NEVER live here. The elevator doesn't work, and it never will. The laundry room is dirty, and often filled with sewage water. The landlord never shows up, and doesn't care about you. Neighbors are obnoxiously loud, destructive, and constantly have arguments at 2 - 4 AM on weekdays. Maintenance is impossible to get, and any actual issue you have will be ignored, but checked as resolved on your account. It costs too much for providing NO incentives. There is also no parking, and you will likely be towed for no reason."
