A gym would’ve been a great asset but, there are external gyms nearby. Still getting use to be being here as, it’s been just a few months. Enjoying the concept behind the artistic vibes and the small businesses that are stationed downstairs."

"I’ve lived in a couple different apartments, but Parkville/Arbor Street is unquestionably the best place I’ve ever rented. I would still be there today if we didn’t have to move for work related reasons. The building is both modern and rustic. Our studio apartment was stunning and so many friends complimented the space. It’s also conveniently located if you’re looking for good food and an engaged community. There’s lots of opportunities to meet other residents and plenty of fun and meaningful things to do in the area (the whole second floor is made up of non profits, small businesses, art studios, and fitness spaces… it’s amazing!). Let me also just say that the building managers and staff on site are the coolest ever. They are helpful, kind, and care about residents’ ideas. It is rare to find that people/community oriented mindset in a living space, but Arbor Street has certainly cultivated it. We are really grateful for our time there and genuinely miss it."

"I’ve been living in the Parkville Loft Apartments for almost a year now, and I am completely obsessed with my space! I have a studio apartment (with a large separate bathroom, not pictured below). The ceilings are super high (I think 15/16 feet), and the huge windows also help to make the space feel larger than it is. It’s honestly pretty quiet, and everyone is super friendly. The location is amazing, it’s less than 10 minutes from Blue Back Square in West Hartford and about 7 minutes from the Westfarms Mall!"
