"Although I love my hardwood floors and fire place, this has got to be one of the most unprofessional property groups I've ever encountered. 1. Safety: After my car window was smashed they refused to give me the footage and have now completely gotten rid of the security personnel. And the front door no longer locks, allowing anyone into the building. 2. Electric: After adjusting and adjusting, my electric bill sits around $700 because the windows are so bad. THERE IS ACTUAL ICE FORMING ON THE INSIDE OF MY WINDOWSILL. 3. Liars: I was told by my leasing agent (Alicia) that in my contract there would be a section about water utility bill that I should ignore because they won't actually charge until 2 years down the line. Second payment there's a $75 water bill. 4. Office Staff: I am sure they are nice people but they are some of the most incompetent front desk staff I have ever encountered. I literally have to talk the way I would to CHILDREN. All in all, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I IGNORED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, YOU SHOULD NOT."

"The worst apartment property ever. Every single package gets stolen in one year I've lost over $500 in packages. Even clothing they steal and the property management doesn't care at all unbelievable."

"This is the worst Property Management Company I have ever encountered. The office staff is very unprofessional, they never answer the office phone even during business hours. The office staff doesn't care that multiple residents packages are being stolen, especially during the holiday season. The security on site isn't effective, crackheads and squatters are constantly breaking into vacant units and popping up on you while in the gym. They do not even maintain the fire panel on site, which goes off for weeks at a time with no repair. During the summer, multiple units didn't have air conditioning for at least a month with no relief. During the winter, multiple units didn't have heat during the cold snap of the season. The residents here may too much to have such a poorly kept property or have to deal with unprofessional staff. They refused to work with HPD when my dog was hit by a vehicle on the property. They continue to violate Fair Housing laws and continuously ask medical documentation that has been provided to them multiple times. You have to reach out to the Regional or District Manager just to get anything done with them. I would never recommend anyone to live here."
