"STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! IT MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THEY HAVE A HUGE ROACH PROBLEM. They will lie and say whatever is needed to get you in this unit and you will regret it. Every unit I looked at had dead roaches somewhere. I spoke to other tenants and they informed it’s a known problem. Well I was lied to and told it not a problem. Thank god they didn’t get my deposit."
"I was a previous tenant of the apartment complex. My fiancee and I moved in because we had no place else to go. When we met the "super" I asked him to his face if there we're any bugs in the apartment. He looked me in my eyes and told me there we're no bugs. When I went to look at the apartment I saw no problems. He told me all the appliances we're new and they looked it too. I saw no evidence of bugs, but I did notice signs of someone freshly painting over specific parts of the walls. At the time I thought nothing of it and was kinda desperate to get my family into a new place. It didn't even take a week until I saw a roach. They come out whenever you aren't looking and even when your cooking. It took me signing a lease and moving in so I couldn't leave for the "super" to finally admit to me the fact I already knew. Bugs infested every unit. They sprayed on a regular basis, but I think it was only water. There was bits and pieces of garbage scattered around the outside parking lot as well as inside the stairwells. In my opinion don't move here. Please let my displeasure be your advice to look somewhere else."

"Complex was recently taken over by new onsite manager. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Beautiful apartments with an excellent price tag. There’s most utilities included and onsite parking."
"One of the worst places to live , INFESTED with roaches. I went to look at the apartment several times and did not see any issues everything was new. The the day I received the keys the maintenance guy was straying along the walls but I did not know what it was for. The night I moved in I tried the lights on in the kitchen to get something to drink and he was a whole bunch of roaches all around big and small in the draws and all. I made a complaint the " Exterminator " came out and there were still NO better results. The roaches where running and coming out of the bottom / cracks of the walls . Made complaints with the health department, had a hard time getting my money back because I wanted to move right back out .. I asked the residents on the side and unit across were they having issues with roaches and both stated the roaches are out of control .. Place is infested the whole complex needs to be knocked down the roaches are in the walls and comes out the cracks"
