"I was really impressed with The Arlo! Everything I saw was exactly like the website depicted which is not often the case unfortunately. The office staff member Zaida gave me a wonderful tour and answered every question I had and even those I didn’t think to ask. Hoping to be moving in soon!"

"So far, I had a wonderful experience with the Arlo Apartments. I scheduled a tour on their online website and met Damarys who was honest and welcoming. She explained to us the difference between the apartments and was able to provide all the paperwork that was needed to complete the application. She also said if needed we can come back into the office for any help and explained how the process works. Afterwards, we met Zaida who was wonderful and very flexible with helping us fill out the application and told us about the area since we were new to it. Between managing with other renters coming into the office and helping, she definitely helped us with securing the application before leaving that day. Zaida and Damarys are great and will answer any questions you have. Positive attitudes, flexibility, and understanding. After viewing other apartments, this was the final decision and now I can't wait to move in. I appreciate everything the Arlo apartments have to offer."

"Management is attentive, facilities are clean BUT if you rely on Cox for your internet services don’t move in here. Inconsistent and down and least 1x per week. It may be a Cox issue but needs to be addressed by senior management with Cox to address this issue."
