Elwood Motel,

"As a person who travels to various locations in the state and often have to spend the night a motel I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the Elwood Motel. At first I was apprehensive because it is actually in Meriden and Meriden isn't known for quiet areas but the Elwood is definitely quiet. The amenities are very basic but this not a motel that you should expect more than what they offer. My only real complaint is that the sign that says the motel's name is resessed from the road and isn't lit. I will definitely check this place out again when and if my travel needs require a motel room in the area."

"I called this hotel for a week stay the lady was rude and ignorant I told her I had a service animal and she said we don't take service animals we don't have nothing for you and hung up in my ear it's against the law to refuse to take a service animal"
