"One the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was dirty, the microwave was disgusting full of food stains and oil and the bathroom had a bad smell. Just so unsanitary. I felt sick! Somebody was smoking inside the hotel. The smell of smoke was very strong. when I called the front office they didn’t do anything. Stay away!!"
"I mean you can't beat the price for having a whole kitchen in your room. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel, it's not trying to be. Breakfast is oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, coffee and hot water for the oatmeal. Only problems was from noisy guests sometimes but I just got ear plugs, problem solved. Front desk is available 24/7. 5 stars for overall value."
"Stayed for 1 night and overall it was amazing. The room was clean along with the bed and sheets and towels. The kitchen area was perfect. It reminded me of a mini studio apartment. There was no sign of roaches, bugs, mice, or any infestation . Some things were showing signs of wear, like the ceiling in the bathroom and the fridge. Overall, I slept good."
"It's probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Night receptionist was rude af and questioned if there was a morning one. Nobody at the hotel put in our reservation prior to us arriving. Only put us in for one night despite the requested 4 nights and what my company sent them and asked for. You'd have to beat on the counter to get someone's attention in the morning. The first room we were assigned walked in, and the iridescent light cover was down and smashed everywhere. Appliances were filthy. The second room was a slight improvement (cleaner), but the hallway absolutely smelled like straight dog urine. Even after leaving for work in the morning,I felt like I smelled like it all day after walking through it. The laundry room was dirty and considerably more expensive than the average hotel/motel I've stayed at. Should I keep going? Don't stay here if you don't have to."
"There were a few good points: the mattresses were very firm, as were most of the pillows. The staff was very helpful. However: Calling a hotel room with a kitchen a "suite" is a bit of a stretch. There was one side chair, and one desk chair at the very shaky table (we had to push the legs straight so it wouldn't collapse). There was a plug-in air freshener in the room, which was a problem since we had asked them not to use scented cleaning products due to an allergy. If you're sensitive to artificial scents, you'll want to hold your breath going through the lobby. The first room we were given was fully accessible, with roll-in shower. This was not inherently a problem, but having at times needed such facilities, we shouldn't have been put there unless it was the only room available. Multiple light bulbs needed replacement. There was no Do Not Disturb sign for the door. There was no sheer curtain, so we couldn't get natural light without being seen from outside. There was no toilet paper dispenser. A minor issue, but part of the general seediness."
