"5-star service all around for Merion Milford! From day 1 to today, the team has displayed nothing short of exemplary service. I had an amazing tour with Ashlee and she answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. She helped me find the best apartment to call home. She really is awesome!!! She has taken her time to make sure that the community is a great place to call home. I also can’t say enough about the maintenance team-they helped me with my garbage disposal the same day that it broke and were nothing but smiles the whole way through. Please do yourself a favor and tour the community. You won’t regret it."
"The people in the office are so sweet and kind. Any time I have a problem they are there to help me fix it. I love living at Marion Milford and hope to for a very a long time. A great team overall!"
"The folks in the office here are pretty clueless, and the apartments aren't any better. You can forget about a peaceful night's sleep because the bedrooms share walls with the stairs, so you hear every footstep. And if you want a hot shower, be ready to play thermostat roulette because apparently, they're a package deal. Trying to get the front office to fix things is a joke. They're MIA when you need them but miraculously appear when it suits them. Now, if you've got kids, watch out. We all got this threatening letter under our doors, basically saying they'd call the cops if the kids played in certain areas. Real classy, right? Sure, everything's getting more expensive, but the quality here doesn't match the price hike. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease here unless you're into regret. I'm warning you; it's not worth it. And just so you know, Tanya and the bald manager dude in the office? Useless. They don't know what they're doing, and honestly, they couldn't care less."
"All I can say is, WOW! Amazing staff, beautiful place, and great neighbors. Tanya and Ashlee in the Leasing Office are absolutely amazing. They always find an answer to any of my issues. Maintenance makes sure that my requests are completed and are always so sweet when I see them on the property. You can't ask for a better community than this. Thank you for making my life easier and helping me find a place to call home. I plan to be here for many years to come."
"I really hate to leave a bad review but I would honestly feel horrible not leaving for anyone thinking about living here. I have lived in many apartment complexes but I can say Merion Milford was by far the worst. I moved in when it was still Halstead, when I moved in my apartment was disgusting, not cleaned, they didn't even change the locks before I moved in. My washer was broken, there was brown sticky stuff all over the counters, a bathroom cabinet was off the hinges, AC filter wasn't changed. It was a mess, I went down to the leasing office and they said they can offer a professional clean after I was already settled, but I wanted them to make a note for my security deposit for when I move out it was so bad & they did. It took them 6 months to fix my washer after multiple maintenance requests. After they changed over to Merion it was even worse, I went down to the leasing office and told them what happened when I moved in & they assured me that they would keep the same thing Halstead had promised me & give back my security deposit. Leading up to my move-out I emailed Tanya, the manager to let me know what I owe for my last month since it was shorten & to confirm my security deposit for my move out. She would take weeks to respond or just not respond at all. When I went down to the leasing office two days before I was supposed to move out I asked her why she hadn't been responding to me & she was completely unprofessional and kept saying there is no need for the attitude. Now that I have moved out they not only did they not keep their promise about the security deposit but charged me for a cleaning fee. They also charge insane fees for trash, sewer, and amenities every month. If you say beyond a year they will increase your rent by hundreds of dollars. I love apartment living but after this experience I highly suggest avoiding this place."
