"While this is a lower category Hyatt property, it was still very nice. Room was very clean and staff were great. I rarely eat breakfast, but they do include it as part of your stay. It is buffet style, with all the typical items. Sausage/bacon,eggs, potatoes, yogurts, granola, breads/bagels, juices. While I didn't use it, they have a small bar and mini-store in the lobby. Drinks, snacks and other convenience items. I think the only thing I didn't like was that I didn't have a microwave in my room, (I did have a fridge) but staff said they would gladly bring one up to my room if I would like. I just used the one thats on the breakfast buffet in the lobby. It's about a mile off highway 95 and close to a few restaurants/shops/fuel"
"Found a bed bug in the room and showed it to the front desk. The refused to give me a refund and I was told that they do not have bed bugs and in order for me ro get a refund they have to call the exterminator to inspect the rooms. I would never go back again."
"The front desk agents were friendly at check-in and the room was clean. The manager, however, was condescending; no one at check-in stated that my card would be charged a security deposit. They simply took my card and said they just needed a card on file in case of damage. 5 days after checking out, I called to ask why I had a pending charge. The manager told me I should've known that "all hotels charge a security deposit" (not true) and that "there was a paper in my room stating the security deposit amount that I could've read". Hmm, no? How about when you take someone's card, you're transparent and tell them the dollar amount you're charging and when they'll get it back...DURING the transaction? Why would I go looking around my hotel room for a paper for a charge that I didn't even know had been taken?"
"The service I received at this hotel was truly wonderful!!! If you have insomnia, Alfred the night auditor is so wonderful and kind. I sat and chatted with him for over an hour each night I was there. The staff here made me feel well taken care of and truly welcome! I will be back for sure!!! Thank you Alfred for such wonderful customer service!!"
"1 night stay with family. Decent sized room. Decent sized jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good. Not the most up to date, cleanest hotel but decent. Met our needs."
