"DO NOT STAY HERE WORST HITLON EXPERIENCE EVER. they charged my card. never gave me a reason why they were charging me. I stayed for one night there is construction which makes the place unsafe. They don’t tell you don’t walk through this way because of the construction I got off the elevator walked right into a construction site. They are scamming people because they arent getting enough business is why they’re charging your card for unnecessary charges"

"DO NOT STAY HERE until construction is completed, unless you have the forbearance of Christ! I wasn't informed of the major construction until the day prior to my arrival, which left me with little opportunity to find another hotel. The paint fumes gave me a headache. I almost chose a third floor room but thankfully chose one on the second floor. Turns out the elevators are in accessible from the ground floor, unless you park in the back—which no one suggested to me until I saw someone coming out of the elevator a while into my stay. I was simply told I couldn’t use the elevators. Instead, I had to lug my luggage up and down the stairs because you can’t get from the elevators on the first floor to the lobby without walking around the building outside; and it was very cold during my stay. Because I wasn't given any clue as to the areas under construction, I chose a room on the far end of the hotel and had to walk almost the entire length of the hotel from where I could access the stairs. In every other Hilton hotel I’ve been recognized for my loyalty as a Hilton Honors Member, but not in this hotel. I’ve stayed with Hilton through some not exemplary experiences, and I’ve appreciated that being acknowledged. And with this woeful incident yet before me when I checked in, a sincere thank you would have meant a lot. I don’t think it was the fault of the woman at the makeshift front desk, who was new, as much as a matter of poor training. I only received two bottles of water, which felt cheap on the hotel's part in light of the problems with the hotel. There was no attempt at compensating me for the obvious inconvenience due to the construction."

"Everything was great,other than the fact that I had to carry my luggage up stairs to get to the elevator in the rear. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the renovations in the lobby and the non level walking path (notice I don't call it a sidewalk or walkway) up to the temporary "main lobby" that's very inconvenient for people who are handicapped. Other than that it was great, we loved our suite and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful."

"Staff nice. Under renovation. Not ADA accessible. Must walk up/down 2-3 flights of stairs for breakfast. Breakfast not included (my fault for assuming and not confirming but no signage about this. Lots of construction in the building which would be fine if the hotel was accessible. Room updates are decent. Pool doesn’t open until 9am which seems late if you want to get in morning laps. Children/even teens must be accompanied to get breakfast. Again staff couldn’t be nicer."
