"How this place EVER got above 1star is beyond me. The mold in the bathroom ceiling is disgusting, the furniture is broken, the entire hotel smells like an ashtray. The staff, however, were always working super hard. I wish the guest would as well. I may be the only person that picked up after my dog. Sooo much dog poop everywhere outside"

"If your coming from out of state with kids, allergies or asthma this is not the place for you. The halls, rooms, linen, and elevator smell of weed and smoke. We asked for another room only to see experience the same issue, when we told the lady in the front she mumbled something about not changing us from room to room all night so she was going to go check the room. She went up there with a bottle of spray and sprayed the elevator and the third room down. We asked for a refund. Clearly this is a habit."

"I normally stay here because we have to bring our cat with us while traveling. The location is not a good one but normally the accommodations are somewhat acceptable with the exception of our last stay a couple of days ago. We had no microwave in our room even though we were supposed to have one & the reception on the tv was bad. The room itself is always run down & could be cleaner. I also agree with some other reviewers that the check-in clerks could be somewhat friendlier & accommodating. I thought about trying to get something off our bill for the inconvenience we suffered but it probably would be more trouble than it’s worth. I also agree the the whole place smells of weed."

"We have been staying here for a while now. Overall the motel is very nice, we love it compared to practically all the others in the area. !!Definitely wish they would bring back breakfasts which they used to have!! Besides that the rooms are always clean (thanks to the amazing cleaning crew), and it's pet friendly. Theres a handful of very friendly staff such as the night staff Jessica, Melissa, Kemy, and the manager John who always works very hard. The only complaint I would have is two employees which I try at all costs to avoid, Sheila who is quite honestly just rude in general when asking for anything, and Mark who has literally said things about me in another language while I was standing right in front of him. And everytime I approach the front desk while he's there will roll his eyes and sigh before I even say anything. Honestly have no idea how either are even still working there since all I hear is the same thing from other guests. But besides those two staff members the place is amazing and I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This place should be avoided. It was nice YEARS ago. But now it's horrible. Staff, usually only anyone who is behind the front desk, is not very personable. The place is not so much a hotel as it is low income housing. The 4th floor is reserved for "travelers". Smells like weed, or something else i find hard to describe. Lots of "working girls" and their associates. I know this because I deliver food to this place almost every day. Its disgusting."
