"I started going to the Small Door Williamsburg location because it is close to my home. I noticed my concerns were dismissed and ignored, so I started looking for another provider outside the organization. In the interim, we were referred to the West Village (WV) Location for an exam, and it was like night and day. Since then, we have decided to continue our dog's care at WV with Dr. Rogers and the fantastic staff at WV, who I can't say enough how amazing they are. Dr. Rogers goes over and beyond when addressing my concerns, as little as they are, regarding my furmonster's care. I truly appreciate that she takes the time to inform me of what's going on with my JuJu, and I love her compassion and care. Words are not enough to describe how amazing she is as a provider and how excellent and patient her staff is when dealing with my stubborn husky mix."
