"Very good service and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was absolutely polite! I would stay again and I didn’t get to use pool but they have pool and basketball court for warmer days. I can’t wait to book again."

"Overall, very nice. Our rooms mattress was rather hard, not up to standards of similar national chain hotels. The hotel is adjacent to the freeway. Our room was facing the freeway, traffic noise was irritatingly high. If it was on the interior section of the property, facing away from the freeway, I'm sure it would be fine."

"What is good about this hotel is the staff, they're very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also fine but starts late for those who work an early shift (people who start working at 7 are usually gone by 6:30, when they start serving breakfast). Our bed had a spring mattress made in 2016, it was very uncomfortable and irregular, you could feel the coils and bumps under your back . The pillows were also small and uncomfortable. The room was also not properly cleaned, there was trash from previous guests on the side of the dresser, crumbles next to the bed and the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were sticky and greasy. I'm not very allergic or hypersensitive but i would wake up stuffy every morning probably from the old carpet or dirty filter in the AC, definitely not the standard I'm used to find in other Marriott facilities. The kitchen was equipped with sets of 4 of everything basic (glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery) and, if you like to cook your food, you'll have to run the dishwasher twice a day. The pots and pans were very stained, scratched and burnt. Its not properly sound proof, we could hear all the noise in the neighborhood (traffic, dogs, loud music) and the walls and ceilings are very thin and, in our case, we had really loud neighbors upstairs, which made our 2 week stay not that peaceful. The worst for me is definitely the cleaness, specially in a pet friendly facility, i don't feel safe and comfortable when i can spot the remainders of previous guests in my room ."

"My wife and I booked a block of rooms at the Residence Inn for our wedding in June 2023. The process was very easy, since they already have a system in place for room blocks. All their room block terms are very standard, they have a super easy link guests can use to reserve rooms in the block, and it was easy to email and ask for an update on our block whenever we needed one - they always got back to us within 24 hours. They allowed us to drop off welcome bags for guests a few days in advance and handed them out at check-in for no extra charge. The only downside is they only let us reserve 10 rooms. We needed about 40 for our wedding due to the number of out-of-town guests, and one other hotel let us reserve 20 rooms, but we ended up working with 3 different hotels, which was a lot to coordinate. It would have been great if we could have reserved 20 at the Residence Inn! Our guests who stayed there had a great experience and especially liked the location right next to a shopping center, coffee shops, and restaurants. We would recommend booking a block with the Residence Inn as long as only 10 rooms will meet your needs."

"I thought this hotel met my needs. The rooms are huge and their showers have great water pressure. Their complimentary breakfast decent. Their staff was great, especially Sergio Barba, their manager. He was very friendly, personable and helpful at the front desk. They were also promoting a points roulette game and it was fun. He went above and beyond for sure! Overall decent hotel and very nice and friendly staff."
