Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE UPDATE 2/4/24: The couch is broken. They can't get anyone here to fix it and the part to fix it will take 5 months to come in. I reached out to the number from the response on this 2 times and never got a response. UPDATE 1/13/24: Due to the stress we were refunded our delivery fee and told the deliverers would move our old couch as well. When the delivery guys got here they said "We have to talk to our manager before moving the old couch." They then called their manager and spoke Spanish. What they weren't aware of is that my wife's a Spanish teacher and could hear everything they were saying. They told their manager they weren't going to do it because it would be "too difficult". They then had their manager tell my wife they wouldn't do it because it's a store policy. Bobs has continued to lie to us as customers throughout this entire process. To promise so much and deliver on not a single promise is absurd to me. I would highly HIGHLY recommend never shopping at ANY Bob's Discount Furniture. Long story short my wife and I paid in full for a couch the first week of November. They quoted us 6-8 weeks for delivery. They reached out to us in early December to schedule a delivery date. We moved our schedules around. They called us 3 days before the scheduled date to change the delivery because "the truck is full and we can't fit your sofa". This says that they put importance levels on certain customers. We are clearly not as important as someone else. They scheduled the date, then told us it was fully booked. They have our couch we paid in full for 2 months ago. It's pretty much theft at this point. Terrible customer service. We are canceling the sofa and never returning to this awful store or any Bob's."

"Great experience, good selection of furniture, Fraik did a wonderful job explaining and going over the purchasing process. Personally I wanted to be in and out of there when I found the couch I wanted but was repeatedly asked if I wanted the protection plan amongst other things."

We appreciated it that there was no pressure or aggressive sales as we’ve experienced elsewhere. Jeannette was close by when we were ready to purchase and was fast and efficient completing the paperwork and explaining the delivery process and warranty options. We will definitely ask for Jeannette on our next visit to find office furniture. Thank Jeannette and thank you Bob’s!!"
