"It was a cleanish room, found some bits of trash on the floor under the desk, room smelled a bit strange. Said it was pet friendly, let us walk in with our pet cats then was told to leave the next day. The only thing I can say is that they refunded the money for the unused night."

"This was probably the worst experience I had with hotels. We checked in at 3pm on Saturday Dec 30th and left around 4pm to go to a wedding. I should have checked the room before leaving but we were kind of in a rush. Anyway, when we were back, my husband and I noticed the bed was wet. I called the reception but no one would pick up. We had a very uncomfortable night of sleep and when I complained next morning, they offered me 10% discount. Very disappointed and I will never stay at this place again."

"First and foremost, I really do require a first-floor room. I am handicapped. I park in the handicap spot. There are no other people parked there. I check-in and im told my room is on the second floor. I ask to have a first floor as stairs are difficult for me. I am told no. There are no available rooms on the first floor. I ask for a handicap accessible room. I am told no. Okay ill just use the elevator. Oops they don't have one. So now I have to not only traverse the stairs but with all my luggage for a week with me as well with no assistance offered. Want ice? It's on the first floor. Stairs again. Want a snack, first floor use the stairs. This hotel is not ADA complaint. To the reviews about thin walls, yes, very thin I can hear the woman in the next room breathing. Is the room clean? Yes the room is clean. However certain amenities are missing. Nothing to put luggage on so you have to do it on the floor or dirty up your bed. There is nothing to hang clothes with. Some kind of coat hanger on the wall to hang 6 coats for some reason, but nothing to hang my work shirts. No closet. Small room with a tilted ceiling that makes it feel even smaller. I am unimpressed."

"Clean room- positive gave us a room we requested-positive- Negative- morning staff on his phone, the breakfast was needing lots of attention and we were having to have him come from the desk multiple times to take care of breakfast and refill breakfast items, he seemed to get aggravated with us. The milk was sour and when replaced with fresh (?) was room temperature and tasted like powdered milk, was not put in ice or fridge, a family came for breakfast and we husband and I explained things to the dad. Also the family one son was scared of a dog that was allowed in the breakfast room ( don’t think was a service dog) also alot of traffic on the street in front of motel so if you want a quiet rest request room on back side of building.
