"I have never been spoken to the way that Stephanie, member since 2017, spoke to me today at 6pm, she seemed livid, rolling her eyes, telling me "wait a sec" while she texted on her phone the entire transaction, waving her hand at me when i waited because she asked, and then sighing when i put my stuff down. I had to ask twice for my discount to be added, and she mocked me on my way out. Absolute miserable piece of work, i will never return here. I shouldve known when walking in the atore, Stephanie was yelling on the phone to another customer and refusing to help the customer contact another store, which i was able to hear from across the place. Yall need to screen these crazy nightmare workers, this is not a hard job."

"Update I was there last night and had some trouble locating a product I was looking for. One of the staff, Lisa, was more than happy to hell when I asked her. Not only did she help me locate the one item, but she was more than happy to help me locate all of the items on my list. Shopping trip that would have taken probably 45 minutes or longer was done in 10 thanks to her. Lisa could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more professional and the store is lucky to have her there! Selection is always a little janky, but if you're not looking for anything overly specific, then it's a good store. Unfortunately Michael's, like too many stores, has moved a large quantity of their stuff to online sales and/or has yielded to Amazon. Yet simultaneously they are trying to carry too many different types of things and end up with a poor selection of everything. Staff is nice, and fairly helpful."

"Staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a huge selection of craft accessories to choose from. Prices vary from modest to expensive, so I look for deals - they are always running specials. Great hobby resource for the enthusiast, and can inspire future projects from the wide selection they offer. I recommend a visit."
