Recognizing the chronic shortage of pharmacists in the health workforce, we are proud to announce the introduction of our graduate-entry Master of Pharmacy Practice degree. Starting in early 2025, we will be accepting our first batch of students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to address this pressing issue.

As the climate crisis worsens, flood-related disasters are becoming more frequent and severe. Despite the billions of dollars invested in community protection, the challenges persist. At Waikato University 3B, we are dedicated to researching and finding innovative solutions to mitigate these disasters and protect our communities.

Our esteemed clinical psychology program at Waikato University has received a significant boost with the addition of The Psychology Centre, an independent mental health clinic. This integration allows us to provide enhanced support and resources to our students and the wider community.

Unfortunately, many New Zealanders with health conditions and injuries not covered under the ACC model face disadvantages.
