The name of our school, Rotokauri, is inspired by Rotokauri Lake, which is a significant feature of our district. This connection to nature adds to the unique charm and character of our institution.

If you are considering enrolling your child at Rotokauri School for the upcoming year, we invite you to submit an application. Our enrolment process is governed by an enrolment scheme, which you can obtain from our school office. All students, both in-zone and out-of-zone, are required to complete an application form.

For out-of-zone applications, the deadline is Friday, 14 October 2022. We anticipate having up to 40 places available for out-of-zone students in Year 1 for the next academic year. However, the exact number of places will depend on the number of applications received from students within our home zone. If the number of out-of-zone applications exceeds the available places, a ballot will be held on Friday, 21 October 2022, to select the students.
