Welcome to Ngaruawahia Primary School, located in the beautiful town of Ngāruawāhia, New Zealand. Our institution is more than just a school; it is a vibrant establishment that serves as a point of interest for our community. As a primary school, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students.

We are thrilled to share that we are already over halfway through the term, and our kura (school) is buzzing with activity. Our aakonga (students) are immersed in a wide range of learning opportunities that challenge and inspire them. To keep parents and caregivers informed, we utilize Class Dojo, an online platform that allows you to stay updated on the happenings in each classroom.

Last Friday was a fantastic day for our school as we held our annual cross country event. It was truly inspiring to witness our tamariki (children) participating and giving their best efforts, while their whaanau (family) cheered them on. We would also like to express our gratitude for the support shown at our recent bake sale, which raised over $700 towards the year 6-8 sports camp scheduled for the end of this term. Ka rawe! (Well done!)

Our dedicated kaiako (teachers) have been diligently testing aakonga and writing reports over the past few weeks. Rest assured, you will be receiving these reports shortly, which will celebrate and reflect upon your child's progress.
