Welcome to Anchorage Park Community House, located at 16 Swan Crescent in Auckland, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to be part of Howick & Pakuranga Community Houses Incorporated (HPCH), which operates two community houses in the Howick Pakuranga areas.
Anchorage Park Community House, along with Highland Park Community House, is supported and funded by Auckland Council and the Howick Local Board to serve the community and its surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for all.
Situated in the heart of a diverse community, Anchorage Park Community House offers a range of facilities and services. Our location on Swan Crescent provides easy access for visitors, with ample parking available including disabled and secure bicycle parking. We are conveniently located near main arterial roads, ensuring easy accessibility for all.
Surrounded by the picturesque Lloyd Elsmore Park and walkway, our community house offers a tranquil and scenic environment for various activities and gatherings. Whether you are interested in joining a community support group, participating in craft or recreational activities, or attending classes such as Defensive Driving and Tai Chi, Anchorage Park Community House has something for everyone.
We are proud to offer four rooms for hire, including a clinic for holistic consultation services. Whether you are a new client, a business, or a community group, we welcome you to visit our community house and explore the possibilities. Our rooms are available for hire from Monday to Sunday, ensuring flexibility to accommodate your needs.

"Nice and cosy place. Good play area for toddlers. Ideal for kids birthday party We did 10 families Diwali party and we had fun Only issue - bin is too small to collect all rubbish after party. We hand to take 3 bags of rubbish back with us. The parking is easy here."
"Our two boys had a blast! The place is great for kids party! They have everything from indoor and outdoor toys, a playground outside and a sand pit. They even have chalk board at the back/deck area. Nothing to ask for. Roy is also very good helping us and guiding us through the place. We definitely recommend this place."
"Really nice hall to hire. We hired this for 1yr old birthday. They supply the venue with tables, chairs, couches, play area for children, small kitchen area with zip hot water, freestanding oven, fridge freezer and microwave, toilets and parking. You provide all your own food, drink, dishes and decorations etc. Reasonable price and clean. Only downfall was the entrance was one side of the building and carpark on the other but if you need to unload stuff there is a sliding window in the room which opens onto the carpark to pass things thru if needed. Would highly recommend for kids Birthday parties."
