Welcome to Gym Zone, an establishment dedicated to promoting health and fitness in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand. Located on Workspace Drive, our gym is a point of interest for individuals of all ages who are seeking to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

At Gym Zone, we believe in the power of the phrase "I can do it." We invite you to join us this term and experience our Gym Kids classes, where your child can develop their potential and discover their own abilities. Our classes are designed to challenge children to push beyond their initial limitations and achieve things they never thought possible.

Term 3 runs from Monday 17th July to Saturday 23rd September, giving your child ample time to participate and grow in their fitness journey. Term 4 follows closely, starting on Monday 9th October and concluding on Saturday 16th December. With these extended terms, your child will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in our program and witness the progress they make over time.

Our team of experienced trainers and instructors are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for your child. We understand that each child is unique and we tailor our classes to suit their individual needs and abilities. Through a combination of fun activities, games, and exercises, we aim to instill a love for fitness in your child from an early age.
