Reviews
"I am unable to give a different review on this property because I was refused a booking as I have two dogs and there's only one of me. Even though the park advertises itself as dog friendly, it will not let a solo person stay with two dogs. Reason being the dog has to be under control at all times when you use the amenities. When I use the amenities, I lock my dogs in my caravan. So this does not make any sense to me because if I had been one person with one dog I would have been able to stay in the caravan park Buyer Beware, I have checked all the rules on their website and in the related links and cannot find anything which states this rule they have. I think this is very discriminatory. I never leave my dogs outside the van when I am travelling when I use the amenities I even offered to use my own shower in the van. That way I don't have to go to the amenities but still no go Have never come across this ridiculous rule before. On reading more reviews on this property relating to dogs, it seems that you're even restricted as to where you can walk your dog in the park. So guess I am lucky they wouldn't accept my booking because it would have been a very unpleasant stay with my dogs"
"Great family cabin's. Heaps of room to move and very comfortable too. Beds were very comfortable and roomy. Spa was nice and relaxing. Very quite park are great natural feel to the whole park. Play areas are fantastic and family friendly. The birds are very friendly and will get very close to you. We stayed with 4 kids aged 10 weeks to 18 years old and was very easy to function like we would at home. Perfect little weekend escape"
"Amazing. Super fun, lots of fun and things to do with a playground, beautiful pool massive ropes course, basketball court, sand areas, beach next door and a forest next to a massive oval. The pool is heated and set beautifuly with rocks and plants around it. Just a lovely place to chill and swim but also enjoyable for parents just watching. There is a spa next door however you have to pay for the spa. Lovely, clean grounds and lush grasses and newly developed play areas. Super fun, utilities are well kept and beautiful setting with the beach right next door too. Would definitely recommend!!"
"Camped here over a long weekend. Location is second to none, so close to the beach, food options in town, and the walking trail! The amenities are clean, and plenty of them. The pool was not working, and we were offered a partial refund, which was genourous. Can't wait to stay again."
"We booked to stay at pet friendly campsite after checking out the park online which claims to be pet friendly and clearly is not. The entire space for pet friendly camping is a muddy bog. Online also has lovely pictures of the heated outdoor pool area which was closed till further notice without providing a reason - over the Easter break. The games room also closed due to vandals. False advertising all round. Only good thing about our stay was that the park is located a short walk to the beach and they had very clean toilet and shower block. Newly renovated camp kitchen not equipped with basics like a kettle or boiling water tap. Constantly getting text reminders about locking up your stuff and keeping food secure, so many demands of patrons when we paid high prices for less than half the facilities to be provided! Definitely wouldn't stay here again."
