"The definition of a hidden gem. Nobody about, had the whole park to myself (only 1 other person the whole time). Absolutely gorgeous to walk around (can walk here for a good 40 minutes. A lot of bird hides overlooking the small dams and rivers. Beautiful homestead which is an architectural masterpiece. There are toilets, lots of picnic tables and even a drinking fountain. Come here you won't regret it."

"A historic homestead surrounded by lush national park, Coolart wetlands is a local gem for a bush walk or a picnic. Eagles, Black Cockatoos and the occasional Koala, with a historic estate right in the middle generously donated by the Grimwade family to the state government."
"Interesting old Home and Gardens. Wetlands would be great when they have more water but did get some nice shots of superb fairy-wrens. Will certainly revisit sometime in the not too distant future. Highly recommended."
