"Stunning panoramic ocean views and lapping waves headline this tranquil property in the heart of Kilcunda. Sit back and relax on the deck while you relish sunset views and indulge in a glass of your favourite wine. Curl up with a book in the clean, warm and modern cabin or enjoy the water view through a series of large glazings. For us, features included; kitchen with gas cooker, open-plan living with meals area, clean bathroom, master with comfortable bed, BIR and television, in addition to a second bedroom with four bunks. Allocated parking was available only steps from the side door entry and on-site facilities and conveniences were an additional asset. Access to the beach is another great benefit and the location offers a pub and convenience store only metres away. Positioned amid a natural setting, you may even get a visit from a wombat or some rabbits. Enjoy!"
"One of Victoria's best kept 'secrets'! Positioned directly on cliffs and overlooking the ocean, this caravan park is simply FANTASTIC! Under new management since January - Ronda and her team are caring, attentive, considerate and very helpful! This is THE place to spend a few days in your camper van or alternatively you can book out a cabin on site. The amenities are a it shabby chic - upgrades are slowly coming though. The bathrooms are clean and functional, the showers hot and the kitchen had all the basics. There is a well known pub across the road with an open fire place and a general store/cafe a few doors from the pub. A huge draw card for us were the two walks - Kilcunda to Punchbowl return 16km and the Kilcunda to Wanthaggi on the rail trail return 24km. (When in Wanthaggi - best cafe is Folks). We stayed in my X trail parked up on the '60s-70s' numbered allotments - cracking windswept views! - Hamish John Appleby"
"We had booked a powered site for one night in our camper. The lady at the desk was rude and complaining. I think she had a beef with the owners. The ablutions on offer werent flash. I think the others were shut down for the quiet season. Do something about them before you do any other work. 1 shower and toilet for each of the male and female ablutions. Not good There is a bit of work happening for permanent caravan sites ( old vans being given a makeover for holiday accommodation I presume) Great location across the road from the pub and shops. Close to the beach ( short walk to the beach access steps) Only reasonably priced place to stay as the parks in Cape Patterson, RAC and Inverlock have been taken over by a big company and are expensive for what is on offer."
"Unbeatable location and views. Cabins are clean and very comfortable, so close to the beach access point and have everything you will need. Lots of great walks in the area, great pub and general store across the road, and just a lovely peaceful place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back."
