"Terry White is a large national corporation with stores all over Australia but you'd never know it when you visit the Terry White Chemist in Ainslie. They put an emphasis on friendly service and accommodating the needs of their customers. I knew it was above the ordinary when one day I walked into the store with a script and the chemist behind the counter, who I'd spoken to before but never really interacted with in any personal sense, used my name when saying hello as I approached the counter. That personal friendliness was quite impressive and made an positive impact. One improvement they could make is getting some kind of range extender because there is no phone signal inside the store and it makes bringing up scripts on your phone difficult. To their credit they are aware of the problem and looking for a suitable solution. A++"
