"This is a very accessible chemist shop, especially for someone using a wheelchair, a walker or a scooter. Unlike many other pharmacies in West Belconnen, which are small, narrow & cluttered, there is plenty of room to move here. Plus, large signs up high clearly explain the logical layout of the store to someone coming here for the first time. A very well thought-out shop fitout, especially for someone with reduced mobility or lower vision. Plus plenty of staff to lend a hand."

"Not happy. Today I was charged $50 for a medication that previously cost far less and when I checked I found that I can purchase it at five non discount pharmacies for $35. These prices were for private scripts. When I quired the extra cost this time around when previously I paid less for this medication I was informed that it was a private script and the cost was to pay for services supplied to the community and the extra pharmacists. All up I paid over $177 for my partners medication. The arrogance of the woman I spoke with was unbelievable especially when I explained that as the sole breadwinner I couldn't afford to pay those prices. She was condescending about a refund and so rather than go for the refund I have decided to never go there again."

"Have had a few excellent experiences with this pharmacy and will go out of my way to visit them. Their delivery service saved our bums with a sick baby and a broken down car, they stock the allergy formula we need and often have it when it’s sold out elsewhere, the staff gave my wife and I completely painless COVID jabs, I could go on. The staff have always been lovely, knowledgeable and patient, even when the store is busy. There’s seemingly nothing they can’t do. Highly recommended!"
