"Wish there was an option of no star for this pharmacy. Bad customer service from a guy who was at the prescription counter. I visited the store this evening around 5 pm on April 19, 2022 to order Ozempic and Janumet. The store did not have stock on Ozempic, but had lots of Janumet boxes lined up the shelf. I asked for two boxes of Janumet. The guy at the prescription counter asked me the reason for two Janumet boxes. I told him that it only lasts one month and I do not have to visit the pharmacy every month to collect the Janumet. This answer was not convincing for him and just gave me one box of Janumet. I told him that this is bad customer service and that he is denying a patient the option of having two boxes of Janumet and saving the time of coming back to the pharmacy every month. Nobody wants to go to any store in May. I told him that I will never do business with Priceline Pharmacy at Casey, returned the one box of Janumet, and left for Gold Creek Discount Pharmacy Store in Nichols where I was provided with 3 boxes of Janumet. I was not asked a single question on why 3 boxes of Janumet. It s a fairly large pharmacy store and service was good."
"Just went into get a face mask for myself and son, due to mandortory requirement. Lady that worked in store walked past and said said only one per customer. I caught up with her to ask if I could buy one for my son as well and she directed me to a box of 10 she then huffed at me said doesn't matter there going to be sold out in minutes anyway. I was charged $52 for the box. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and price gouging."
"Great People. I have gotten to know them quite well so I am baffled at a few of the reviews. I am a regular and find them super helpful. I also love trying the perfume testers and smelling different smells before buying. Heaps better than Chemist Warehouse too. So tedious that all the perfumes at locked up at Chemist Warehouse. Hard to sample lots. Good Bargains at Priceline too"
