"The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Terrible care when one is feeling really sick. I rang 3 times and was told different advice at different points, including that delivery is now by 3pm so I was going to have to wait. Called the next day to place my order and received once again terrible customer service. When I went to place my order the pharmacist argued with me. A complete lack of care, and empathy when one is unwell. We ALL fall sick. This pharmacy shouldn’t be in business."

"Tried to get a script for palexia last week, only to be lectured about long term effects of opioid by the young assistant. I got it prescribed the drug by a medical officer, as I have two bulge discs and for immediate relief. I took the script to chemist warehouse with no problem. As a nurse I am quite aware of the consequences of s8 medications. I was so annoyed. I’ve lived in giralang since 1998 and I always feel it’s not approachable to be in. I’ve had various instances. Like last month I went to get Saxenda and I was told about people using it for weight loss by the assistant, when I got it for insulin resistance and who if I’m paying $400 for a script just give me the cmi print out and let me make educated informed decisions instead of being judgmental about the script."

"Rude and unhelpful staff, overpriced and lack compassion - I live locally and have attended this store several times, and have almost always received the same unhelpful attitude, particularly by the pharmacists. Two days in a row I attempted to have a copy of a document certified and was told to come back as they were not doing it or didn't have time that day. I would recommend Kaleen Discount Drug Store instead - they are absolutely lovely, knowledgable and helpful."

"Had a highly awkward and uncomfortable interaction here recently. I went in for OTC medication that involved having to explain very personal medical circumstances. I was attended to by a Pharmacists Assistant who then had to go ask the Pharmacist (this happened perhaps 3 times) what the right medication would be. By the fourth time, I was so uncomfortable and I was getting incorrect information so I left."

"This is a review based on 11 months of experience. This pharmacy is frequently disorganised. Evidence: hard to find staff to fill prescription or pay for goods, staff at prescription end frequently unaware of lack of staff at till (which is only about 16 feet away). They also are frequently unaware of lack of stock - "we don't have penicillin and we don't know when it'll be back" (after having taken my prescription and made me wait 15 minutes and waste my time). It is also often overpriced (baby formula, dymadon, difflam, etc is usually around 15% more expensive than it would be at a Chemist Warehouse or a Terry White). They are usually out of stock of Novalac Allergy and Dymadon - when other competitors have plenty available. I'm surprised they're still in business, but they've lost mine. I'd rather drive across town, sick as a dog, than give this $hithole my custom ever again."
