About the Business
Welcome to Rose Street Clinic, located in the beautiful beachside suburb of Glenelg, South Australia. Our clinic is a trusted institution that offers a range of medical services for individuals and families in our community.
At Rose Street Clinic, our team of friendly and experienced General Practitioners (GPs) is dedicated to providing holistic care to all our patients. We understand the importance of comprehensive healthcare, and we strive to address both the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
We pride ourselves on maintaining current and professional practicing standards, as we are an accredited practice. This means that you can trust in the quality of care and expertise provided by our doctors.
To ensure the safety and well-being of both our patients and staff, we kindly ask that you do not attend the clinic if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath. Instead, we encourage you to make a phone consult with our doctors, who will assess your condition and arrange an in-clinic appointment if necessary.
If you have any questions or concerns, our dedicated staff members are here to assist you. We ask for your patience and kindness, especially during busy periods when our phone lines may experience higher call volumes. If possible, we recommend booking appointments online to streamline the process.
For your convenience, we offer telehealth appointments, allowing you to consult with our doctors from the comfort of your own home. Please note that a standard fee may apply for these appointments.
At Rose Street Clinic, we understand the financial aspect of healthcare. While we are a private billing clinic, we bulk bill all children under the age of 16 and DVA White or Gold card holders. Additionally, concession card holders will receive a discounted rate. For more information on our fees, please refer to our Fees page.
Our clinic operates on an appointment system, with standard appointments lasting for 15 minutes. If you believe you require additional time with your doctor, please inform our receptionist when booking your appointment. New patient appointments are booked as long appointments to allow for a thorough medical history assessment and addressing your current condition.
We also offer flu injections and COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine appointments. If you require a referral or prescription, please book an appointment online or contact our friendly reception team.
To ensure a safe environment for all, we limit the number of people in our waiting room to a maximum of 5 at a time. If you prefer, you can wait in your car and keep your phone easily accessible so that we can notify you when the doctor is ready to see you.
To minimize waiting times, we recommend calling before your appointment to check how the doctor is running for time. This will help us provide a more efficient and timely service.
Please note that we are not a bulk billing clinic, and full payment is required on the day of consultation. We accept cash and eftpos payments for your convenience.
At Rose Street Clinic, your health and well-being are our top priorities. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community, and we look forward to serving you.
